How do I know you're not a scam?

Three concrete signals: 30 anonymized testimonials from our Discord testimonials channel (most posters are repeat clients with multi-month or multi-year history), a public refund policy in our Terms of Service, and PayPal as our primary payment method — which means buyer protection covers the transaction. If a run isn't timed, the re-run is free; if we fail twice, you're refunded. Booking is in Discord with a real human coordinator before any payment moves, so you talk to a person before any money does.

How do I pay? Is it safe?

Payment is handled in Discord after a coordinator confirms your booking. We accept: PayPal (with full buyer protection — you can dispute and recover the charge if anything goes wrong), Wise (international transfers, low fees), PIX (Brazil), and stablecoin / crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC). We do not take card details on the website — every transaction goes through one of these third-party processors so neither we nor the site ever sees your payment credentials.

Do you really have the lowest price?

Yes — and we back it. Find the same service (same key level, same region, same self-play vs. piloted choice) cheaper at any major boost site, send the link in Discord before booking, and we'll match it and beat by 5%. We've yet to lose a price-match request this season.

Question 4

How does Chilling Boosts work?

Accepted Answer

Pick your key level on the site, join our Discord via the invite, and a coordinator confirms your run within minutes. We schedule your boost at a time that fits you, run it timed, and you keep all loot. Payment is handled in Discord via PayPal (buyer protection), Wise, PIX, or crypto. No website checkout queue, no waiting room.

Are your boosters safe and verified?

Every booster on our roster is a Cutting Edge raider or top 0.1% Mythic+ player with a verified WoW account history. We don't recruit randoms. Each booster is interviewed, asked for proof of recent timers, and shadowed on their first three runs.

Will my account get banned?

Accepted Answer

Short answer: not if you self-play, which is our default. Self-play boosts are 100% safe under Blizzard's End User License Agreement — you stay logged into your character, our squad joins your party, and you're physically present for the run. There is no risk to your account. Piloted runs (we play your character via account share) do carry minor risk per Blizzard's EULA on account sharing. We disclose this clearly before any piloted booking, use only VPN-matched boosters, and let you decide whether the time-savings are worth the trade-off.

What's a 'timed' run and why does it cost more?

Timed = the dungeon is finished within the keystone timer, which awards the highest possible end-of-dungeon and weekly vault rewards plus full IO score. An untimed run still completes the dungeon but with reduced rewards. Our prices assume timed unless you ask otherwise.

How fast is the actual run?

Accepted Answer

Most runs take 25–35 minutes start to finish. Schedule-to-run window is typically under 30 minutes during peak hours (EU evening, US evening) and under 2 hours off-peak. We post current ETA in our Discord status channel.

Do you boost EU, US, OCE?

Accepted Answer

All three. We have separate booster squads per region with native realm characters — no realm-transfer fees, no region restrictions.

Can I buy multiple keys at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the most common booking is the full vault (8 dungeons in one block). We discount the bundle by 15% versus individual keys. Mention your goal in Discord and the coordinator builds a quote.

What if the run isn't timed?

Accepted Answer

If our squad fails to time your key, we re-run it within 24 hours at no charge. If we fail twice, you get a full refund. Our timed rate is high enough that re-runs are rare — every booster on the roster is filtered for proven timer history at the level you're booking.
