This is the privacy policy for Chilling Boosts (chillingboosts.com). It describes what data we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect on this website

chillingboosts.com is a static marketing site. We do not run forms, accounts, login, or checkout — there is no place to type personal data into the site. We do run two privacy-light analytics services so we can see which pages and CTAs are useful (see Section 6 below). Your visit is also logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) for standard server-log purposes — IP address and user agent — retained per Vercel's own policy.

2. Discord referrals

When you click any "Join Discord" button or visit /discord, you are redirected to Discord (https://discord.gg/fhGpDPYbsd). Discord is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you do on Discord — including booking conversations, message history, and DM exchanges — is governed by Discord's policy, not ours.

3. Booking, scheduling, and payment data

Booking information (your character name, region, scheduling preferences) is collected only inside our Discord by a coordinator. Payments are handled outside the site by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or stablecoin networks) — each has its own privacy policy. Chilling Boosts retains booking records on internal Discord channels for service delivery and dispute resolution; we do not sell, share, or syndicate this data.

4. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews displayed on this site are sourced from a designated public testimonials channel in our Discord. Before publication on the website, every review is anonymized to the reviewer's first initial only. Discord handles, guild tags, and any identifying details are stripped. Booster names mentioned in review bodies are also replaced with generic descriptors.

By posting in the testimonials channel, you consent to anonymized publication. To opt out at any time, DM the admin in Discord and the entry will be removed within 24 hours. Reviews on the live /reviews page are rebuilt on every site deploy, so removals propagate quickly.

5. Raffle / giveaway payout proofs

When we display proofs of community raffle payouts on the homepage, the screenshots show only the payout amount, the winner's first initial, the payment method, and the date. All other identifying information (full name, email, account numbers) is cropped or redacted before publication.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics services to understand which pages and call-to-actions are useful:

• Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate pageviews and custom events (e.g. which Discord button was clicked). No personal identifiers are collected and no data is sold or shared. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings (anonymous mouse/scroll/click patterns) used to improve page layout. Clarity sets cookies and stores recordings for up to 12 months. Recordings exclude sensitive HTML by default; we do not capture form input, email fields, or payment data (the site does not have any). See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Neither service tracks you across other websites. Both are free to opt out of with any standard browser tracking-prevention extension.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because this site stores no data and our only persistent records live in Discord, exercising these rights means contacting us in Discord (DM the admin) and asking for data review or deletion. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our service is not directed at users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Updates to this policy

If we change how the site collects or processes data, we will update this page and post a note in our Discord. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
