Price match — explained.

How does the price match work?
Find the same like-for-like service (same key level, same self-play vs. piloted choice, same dungeon if specified) cheaper at any major competitor's published rate. Send the link in Discord before booking. We match the published price and beat it by 5%. The matched-and-beat price is what you actually pay.
Which competitors qualify?
Any reputable WoW boost site with publicly published prices: KingBoost, WowVendor, Boosthive, Conquest Capped, Leprestore, Gladiator Boost, ePicCarry, Blazingboost, and others. The price must be visible on the competitor's site before booking — screenshots or 'private quote' don't count.
What counts as 'like-for-like'?
Same key level (M+10 = M+10, not M+10 with Personal Loot vs M+10 with Group Loot), same play mode (self-play vs piloted), same dungeon if specified, and same inclusions (timed run, vault unlock, end-of-dungeon drop, all loot rolls). If the competitor's product has a different scope (e.g. they sell M+10 untimed cheaper), that's not eligible.
When do I have to submit the link?
Before booking and before payment. We can't honor price matches retroactively — the coordinator applies the discount during the quote phase in Discord. Match requests submitted after a booking is paid are not eligible.
Are there exclusions?
Three exclusions: (1) flash sales / promo codes / first-time-customer discounts at competitors don't qualify (we match the standard price). (2) Bundles must be like-for-like — we don't match an 8x M+10 bundle to a 5x M+10 bundle. (3) Custom-priced services (Umbral Champion, Umbral Hero, Rent a Player) are quoted in Discord and the price-match still applies but with coordinator review.
Has anyone won the price match this season?
Roughly 1 in 50 quote conversations triggers a price-match request. Most of them resolve in our favor on the first quote because we already undercut majors. We've yet to lose a price-match request this season — if you find a real lower price on a like-for-like service, we'll match and beat it.
