By using Chilling Boosts (chillingboosts.com) and booking any service through our Discord, you agree to the terms below. These terms exist to set clear expectations on both sides — what we deliver, what we charge, and what protections you have.

1. The service

Chilling Boosts provides paid Mythic+ keystone, leveling, gear, and score-milestone services in World of Warcraft. All services are coordinated through our Discord server and executed by real human boosters in our roster.

2. Booking and pricing

Pricing displayed on the site is indicative. The final quote for any service is confirmed by a coordinator in Discord before payment. Prices are in USD; equivalent payments are accepted in PIX, EUR, or stablecoin at the day's exchange rate.

3. Lowest-price guarantee

We guarantee the lowest price on the market for like-for-like Mythic+ boost services. If you find the same service (same key level, same region, same self-play vs piloted choice) cheaper at any major competitor's published rate, send the link in Discord before booking. We will match that price and beat it by 5%. Match requests submitted after a booking is paid are not eligible.

4. Timed-or-free guarantee

Every Mythic+ key purchase is sold as a timed run. If our squad fails to complete the dungeon within the keystone timer:

• First failure: we schedule a free re-run within 24 hours, same key level, no charge.
• Second failure: full refund of the booking, processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Re-runs are subject to keystone availability — if your key is no longer at the level booked, we run an equivalent key at the same level provided by our roster.

5. Self-play vs piloted runs

Self-play (default and recommended): you remain logged into your character; our boosters join your party and execute the run with you present. This is safe under Blizzard's End User License Agreement.

Piloted runs (account-share): at your explicit request, we play your character on your behalf via account share. Account sharing is restricted by Blizzard's EULA and may result in penalties applied to your account up to and including suspension or closure. You assume full risk for any account action arising from a piloted run. We do everything we can to mitigate risk (VPN-matched boosters, login-pattern care), but we cannot indemnify you against Blizzard enforcement decisions.

6. Account information

For piloted runs, you will be asked to provide login credentials in Discord at the moment of the run. We do not store credentials after the run completes. We strongly recommend changing your password immediately after a piloted run finishes. Passwords are never shared between boosters or stored in any database.

7. Payment

Payment is handled outside the website. We accept PayPal (with full buyer protection — disputes are honored by PayPal directly), Wise (international transfers), PIX (Brazil), and select crypto / stablecoins (BTC, ETH, USDC). The website does not collect or store payment credentials; every transaction is processed by one of these third parties. Payment must clear before any service begins. We issue a receipt in Discord upon clearance.

8. Cancellation policy

You may cancel a booking at any time before the run begins for a full refund. Once a squad is locked in (typically within 30 minutes of the scheduled run time), cancellation may incur a partial fee covering the booster's reserved time — discussed case-by-case in Discord.

9. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful to our boosters or other community members. Refunds for refused service follow the cancellation policy above.

10. Reviews

Reviews collected from our Discord testimonials channel may be displayed publicly on this site, anonymized to first initial only. See our Privacy Policy for details on anonymization and opt-out.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
