Do you really have the lowest price?

We publish every key level and bundle openly — no JS pickers, no checkout-only prices. On top of that, find the same service (same key level, same self-play vs. piloted choice) cheaper at any major boost site, send the link in Discord before booking, and we'll match it and beat by 5%. Every valid match request this season has been honored.

How does Chilling Boosts work?

Pick your key level on the site, join our Discord via the invite, and a coordinator confirms your run within minutes. We schedule your boost at a time that fits you, run it timed, and you keep all tradable loot. Payment is handled in Discord via PayPal (buyer protection), Wise, PIX, or crypto. No website checkout queue, no waiting room.

Are your boosters safe and verified?

Every booster on our roster is a Cutting Edge raider or top 0.1% Mythic+ player with a verified WoW account history. We don't recruit randoms. Each booster is interviewed, asked for proof of recent timers, and shadowed on their first three runs.

Will my account get banned?

Short answer: not if you self-play, which is our default. Self-play boosts are 100% safe under Blizzard's End User License Agreement — you stay logged into your character, our squad joins your party, and you're physically present for the run. There is no risk to your account. Piloted runs (we play your character via account share) do carry minor risk per Blizzard's EULA on account sharing. We disclose this clearly before any piloted booking, use only VPN-matched boosters, and let you decide whether the time-savings are worth the trade-off.

What's a 'timed' run and why does it cost more?

Timed = the dungeon is finished within the keystone timer, which awards the highest possible end-of-dungeon and weekly vault rewards plus full IO score. An untimed run still completes the dungeon but with reduced rewards. Our prices assume timed unless you ask otherwise.

How fast is the actual run?

Most runs take 25–35 minutes start to finish. Schedule-to-run window is typically under 30 minutes during peak hours and under 2 hours off-peak. We post current ETA in our Discord status channel.

Can I buy multiple keys at once?

Yes — the most common booking is the full vault (8 dungeons in one block). We discount the bundle by 15% versus individual keys. Mention your goal in Discord and the coordinator builds a quote.

What if the run isn't timed?

If our squad fails to time your key, we re-run it within 24 hours at no charge. If we fail twice, you get a full refund. Our timed rate is high enough that re-runs are rare — every booster on the roster is filtered for proven timer history at the level you're booking.

What item level do I get from a Mythic+ boost?

Vault rewards scale with the highest key timed each week. M+10 timed = item-level 707 (Myth 1/6) in the Great Vault. M+15 timed = 717 (Myth 3/6). M+18 timed = 717 max (Myth 4/6 — last vault-scaling level). End-of-dungeon drops range from 701 (M+10) to 711 (M+18+). All loot rolls go to the client.

Do you offer M+ boosts below M+10?

Yes. We carry M+2 through M+9 at a flat $4 each. These don't unlock the Myth-track vault but they do award Hero / Champion track gear, IO score, and serve as stepping stones into the +10+ tiers. Best for fresh characters and KSM weekly grinders.

Is buying a Mythic+ boost against Blizzard's rules?

Self-play boosts (our default) are explicitly allowed under Blizzard's End User License Agreement — you stay logged into your character and the squad joins your party. There's no rule against paying real money for in-game services as long as no account-sharing happens. Piloted boosts (account share) are a gray area; we disclose the +20% surcharge as honest acknowledgement of EULA risk and only run piloted with full client consent.

How does the Keystone Club membership work?

$20 per month, billed via PayPal. Members unlock 10% off all services (stacks with bundle discounts), free Loot Traders on every booked run ($2 each saved), entry to the members-only weekly gold giveaway (over 8.2M gold paid out historically — public proofs in Discord), and a savings guarantee — if your monthly bookings don't earn back the $20, we refund the difference. Cancel any time, no annual lock-in.

Are your testimonials and payout proofs real?

Yes — every testimonial on the /reviews page is a real public post from our Discord #testimonials channel (anonymized to first initial only on the public site). Can I get the Keystone Master title and mount?

Yes — timing a single M+15 dungeon during the season awards Keystone Master (the title) and the seasonal mount. Our M+15 boost is $14.90 for a single timed run. If you want the achievement plus full Myth 3/6 vault eligibility for the week, that's a single-key purchase. We also offer the Keystone Master package ($22) which guarantees you reach 2,000 IO score (the higher achievement threshold).

What's the difference between Keystone Master and Umbral Champion?

Keystone Master is the 2,000 IO season achievement — awards a title and the seasonal mount, attainable by any active player. Umbral Champion requires top 1% of M+ rating in your region (estimated 3,500–3,700 IO this season) — awards an exclusive mount, 7 Feats of Strength, and the prestige plate. How do I refer friends to earn gold?

Share our Discord invite link with friends and guildmates. When they make their first Mythic+ booking, they get 10% off automatically and you earn 100,000 gold paid in-game via face-to-face trade after their run completes. What is Rent a Player?

Single-booster service for groups missing one role. You bring 3 friends, we bring 1 Cutting Edge tank, healer, or DPS slotted into your party. Roughly half the price of a full 4-booster carry because you supply the rest of the squad. Best fit: geared mains who only need a reliable tank to push +18+, friend groups missing one role, or pushing groups doing +19/+20 attempts that need a proven timer in a specific spec. Are Resilient keystones worth it?

If you push past +12, yes. The Resilient mechanic in Midnight Season 1 locks your keystone floor at the highest level you've timed all 8 dungeons. Once Resilient at +15 is locked, depleted runs above +15 drop your key — but never below +15. Saves you weeks of re-grinding lower keys after deplete-loops. Bundle pricing is significantly cheaper than 8 individual carries at the same level.

How fast can you complete a Full Vault bundle?

8 timed M+10 dungeons in a single coordinated block: ~3.5 hours total. We schedule it as one continuous booking so you're not coordinating across multiple evenings. The Full Vault bundle costs $45 — significantly cheaper than buying 8 individual M+10 carries.

Do I need to be online during the run?

Yes for self-play boosts (our default) — you log in on your character and the squad joins your party, so you're physically present. For piloted runs, you don't need to be online but the +20% surcharge applies and we follow the disclosed EULA-risk acknowledgment process.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Before payment clears: free cancellation, no questions asked. After payment but before the run starts: free reschedule within the same week, or full refund if you can't reschedule. Once the run has started: standard timed-or-free terms apply.

What is a Loot Trader and what does it cost?

A Loot Trader is an extra booster who trades you their tradable Bind-on-Pickup drops at the end of the run, maximizing the loot you take from a single key. Cost: $2 per booster, up to 3 traders per run. Keystone Club members ($20/month) get all Loot Traders free on every booked run — a single Full Vault block (8 runs × up to 3 traders × $2) easily pays back the membership fee on traders alone.

What if I'm a complete beginner — can I still book?

Yes. We carry fresh max-level characters at all key levels. The coordinator will brief you on basics during the booking conversation: how to invite the squad, how loot rolls work, what to expect during the run. Most first-time clients book M+10 (cheapest Myth-vault tier) and are surprised how short the run is — typically 25-30 minutes.
