Chilling Boosts is hiring Cutting Edge raiders and top 0.1% Mythic+ playersto join the active roster. We don't outsource client runs — every booster on the roster is hand-vetted and runs the keys themselves.

Requirement

Cutting Edge raid history

Mythic raid completion in the current expansion (any tier within the last 12 months). We verify via Warcraft Logs and raider.io.

Keystone Master shield
Requirement

Top 0.1% Mythic+ rating

3,500+ IO in the current season, OR proven push history at +18+ across all 8 dungeons in the rotation.

Protection blessing
Requirement

Reliable schedule

Minimum 10 hours/week of availability during EU or US peak hours. We schedule around your block, but you commit to it.

Communication standards

Discord active, English fluent, response time under 30 minutes during your declared peak window. Coordinator-pleasant.

Process

From application to first paid run.

How does the application process work?
Three stages: (1) DM the admin in Discord with your raider.io profile, Warcraft Logs link, and a brief intro. (2) Quick interview call (15 min) with the senior coordinator. (3) Three shadowed runs at your declared push level — you run with existing roster members and we observe. Pass the shadow phase, you're on the roster.
What does the payout look like?
Per-run payment in the currency of your choice (PayPal USD, Wise EUR/local, PIX BRL, or stablecoin). Rates scale with key level — single-key payouts published in the booster channel after roster onboarding. Bundle and resilient packages pay per-run plus a coordination bonus.
Self-play only or piloted too?
We default to self-play (you join the client's party). Piloted is offered with full disclosure — the +20% surcharge we charge clients goes proportionally to the booster taking on the EULA risk. Some boosters opt out of piloted entirely; coordinator respects that.
Do I need to commit a fixed number of runs per week?
No fixed quota. We ask for your declared availability window and schedule within it. Booster who runs 2 keys/week or 20 keys/week are both fine — what matters is showing up reliably during your declared block.
How is this different from joining a guild boost team?
Guild boost teams typically pay in-game gold and run for guild members only. We pay in real currency, run for paying clients globally, and have a coordinator queue to feed you bookings — no client acquisition on your side.
What's the rejection rate?
Roughly 70% of applicants don't pass the IO/CE bar. Of those who pass the gear bar, ~30% don't pass the shadow phase (usually communication or scheduling fit, not skill). We'd rather reject 100 capable applicants than risk one bad client run.
