Yes. Our roster times every dungeon in the current rotation at your selected level. If you have a preferred dungeon, mention it when you ping the coordinator in Discord — we match you to the squad with the best timer history on that route.

If a run isn't timed, the re-run is free; if we fail twice, you're refunded. Booking is in Discord with a real human coordinator before any payment moves, so you talk to a person before any money does.
